FUTRONIC MKII SERVICE
Futronic test boxes has been on the market since 1996 and a proven longevity of more than 20 years. The profound quality of Futronic is incomparable to similar products and caused by the rock solid workmanship of Danphone engineers.
SERVICE
Futronic is serviced in our factory by qualified service technicians to maintain the quality of our product.
WARRANTY
Futronic test boxes is covered by a 5 year warranty from the delivery date, if the calibration scheme is followed. Within the warranty period, DANPHONE undertakes to repair any proven defects or, optionally, to supply a full or partial replacement.
CALIBRATION
In order to maintain proper functioning, Futronic test boxes must be re-calibrated by Danphone.
Calibration scheme is after year 1, and then every second year. (year 1, 3, 5, 7... ).
Each time, Danphone issues a new and valid calibration certificate. Currently, Danphone is the only certified calibration center for Futronic test boxes.
REPAIRS
Hardware repair services for Futronic equipment, regardless of age.
To contact Danphone with a Futronic service request please inform the serial number of the test box in question.
CALIBRATION OF FUTRONIC TESTERS
In order to maintain proper functioning, Futronic test boxes must be re-calibrated.
Calibrations by Danphone include
- Software update to the latest version
- General product check-up
- New calibration certificate valid for two years
- If you have a Danphone MF/HF Power Sensor due for calibration, you are welcome to include this in the test box shipment and we will calibrate the sensor free of charge.

Shipping from non-EU countries
Danphone has been awarded an IPO- Authorisation for the use of inward processing procedure. This is to be used when shipping Futronic test boxes for calibration from non-EU countries.
The following Shipping information must be used:
Description: Futronic test box with accessories.
Use HS-Code: 9030 8900 under the Combined Nomenclature (CN)
Use procedure codes for Outward processing, Return goods or Temporary export when shipping the Futronic test box to Danphone.
On AWB please state: "Batteries not restricted as per SP A67"
Contact your local forwarding agent to ensure correct procedure is applied.
